Poor Quality October 24, 2007 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
I purchased this item because I wanted the tea chest. The item description is completely inaccurate. It states that it is a "Wood Grain" tea chest. The chest is a cheap box that is very poorly covered with a wood grain contact paper. I say poorly because the faux wood contact paper has ripples and bubbles all over it. Please don't waste your money or time on this item like I did.
good for price October 8, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I wanted a tea box that I could actually put my own tea in, so this review is just on the box. The box is nice, but the slots are too small for other brand tea bags (Which was the whole reason why I bought it). This would be a nice gift since it is a good price, but you have to refill it with the same tea or small tea bags.
Nice gift set October 3, 2007 I liked this so much the first time I bought one, that I decided to buy another one for a gift. The tea is great, good price, and the box is very attractive and durable. Have refilled it many times with tea from the Bentley tins, which is even more economical.
Ok Product, Very Plain Teas August 18, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I should have listen to other people before I bought this item. If you are looking for something cheap, this item maybe good enough but if you are a serious tea drinker, this item isn't for you.
What a Pleasant Surprise!! July 12, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This wooden tea chest makes an excellent gift, and is an elegant, useful piece in any dining room setting. The teas are mild but not bitter, each distinctive in its own right, and perfect as a breakfast tea or afternoon sipping tea. The tea chest compares quite favorably to the more expensive chests, without the cost!!
