I got this subscription when I was trying to figure out if a cat would be the right pet for me.
There's so many breeds of cats, all with different personalities and patterns and appearances.
I've gotten five issues and still can't decide what type of cat I should get.
Each issue highlights a specific breed...Siamese,Ragdolls,Scottish Fold,Persian,Russian Blue.
So far I like the ragdoll because they're so docile they'll just flop in your arms and also the persian because they're laid back, but I haven't made up my mind.
This magazine doesn't include alley cats, or cats you'd find in a pund or rescue.
I enjoy the photos of the cats and I like the articles too.
I would recommend this to anyone before buying or rescuing a cat and also to people who just admire cats.

Cat Fancy is an extremely informative magazine as well as full of beautiful photo's and useful tips for cat lovers. Pete, my nine month old tiger, is the light of my life and the first cat I've had for over 17 years. Cat Fancy has been extremely helpful in sharing ways to keep him happy, healthy and entertained.

I grew up with this magazine and there really isn't anything that I can add that you can't see yourself by at least stopping in the supermarket and looking at one. Every month I loved the breed profiles and great articles to help me and my cat grow together. This is a must have for any cat owner and lover.

I like cats but my family loves cats. We all fight over each issue as soon as it arrives. I bought 3 extra subscriptions just to be able to see the magazine with all the great kittys before the pages are removed for (framing) or other neat uses. It is unusual for me to get this high about a magazine but you have a winner here. MORE!!! Kittys
