Got it a couple of weeks ago and use it twice. It does a fairly decent job in cleaning hard floor (have to sweep up dust/dirt first). Even with distilled water, it still leave streak marks (although unnoticeable at a certain angle). It produces steam continuously until water runs out.
It's cheaply made; doesn't feel solid at all. The head doesn't swivel freely so it's kind of difficult cleaning small spaces/corners. There's no off/on switch to control the power. Cord is attached to the steamer at the lower end...kind of get in the way. Overall, fairly happy with the product. Definitely not a five star product and four stars is very generous.
Although skeptical given some of the reviews, I really like this steamer mop! August 2, 2008
Having read lots of reviews on several sites, I wasn't sure what to expect. There are those who love it and others who think it's awful. I am happy to say that I thought it worked great! I followed the advice of some people who wet the pads first. I found I didn't really need to do that for my hardwood kitchen floor. Just pumping out steam a few times before starting was enough and left less water on my floor. It was very easy to use. I got the deluxe model so had five pads to use and a slightly longer cord. I only needed to refill the tank once and I didn't finish the second one - and I have a large kitchen floor (plus tile mudroom and powder room) that I cleaned. I didn't find the white glove test(white paper towel test, really) perfect, but better than other methods of floor cleaning (short of scrubbing on hands and knees, which I hate!). Someone said the floor gets cleaner the more she uses it and I thought that might be the case for me, too. My dog tracks in dirt, no matter how diligent we are about cleaning off her paws when she comes in. Overall, I recommend this mop!

I loved this mop!!! notice I said loved. It only worked 4 months. I used the mop 1-2 times a week and it just stopped steaming. After contacting the 800# and being told that yes it is still under warranty the CS rep also explained I would need to pay shipping/insurance to get the mop repaired and also send them a check for return postage. This would add another $25 to my investment for this mop on top of the $80 price tag, which in my opinion was alot to begin with. I've decided to cut my losses and move on to another company/product that will hopefully offer better customer service to their customers.

My husband came across this mop online and it seemed worthy of trying since I am always looking for something easy to clean my tile floors! It is amazing! It is quick and easy to use, dries instantly and cleans nicely! I got the deluxe steam mop with carpet glider and that refreshes nicely and picks up a lot of dirt! If you have kids roaming around the house, its great because no chemicals are used! I am very happy with my purchase!

Sometimes I see reviews on here that are bad reviews and the reason they give are just ridiculous. Short of this mop mopping the floor while I sit and have a cup of coffee, I could not ask for a better product. I have two kids under the age of 4 and so lots of spills in my kitchen. I get so tired of constantly having to mop.. and I hate traditional mops. This is seriously the answer to my prayers. Something I can easily get out of the way, easy to clean (pad just tosses into the wash), and super super easy to use.. while effectively cleaning my floor. I'm still gazing at them in a daze because of how clean it is, with just about 4 minutes of work. Granted, I'm sure there are better products. But are they easier to use? I've had other "steam mops" but none this compact, easy to push, easy to use, and effective all in one.
