I have a large PUR container for which I use the PUR 2 stage water filter replacements. I think this is the best product on the market for turning horrible city water into something close to spring water. Actually, a friend of mine didn't know it wasn't spring water!

A four pack of clean water July 9, 2008
I use these all the time and I was getting tired of buying a 3 pack when I own 2 pitchers. The price was great and it is now cheaper to get cleaner water. Our city water is very clean and good, but this takes that little extra everything out of our water. Giving us a very nice clean, no chlorine taste water that is near bottled water quality.

Not much to say about this one. It works just fine and gave me no hassles. My only gripe is that PUR removed the automatic gauge that was built into the filter. I used to be able to look at the filter and see how much was left before it was time to replace it.
I don't know why they stopped that but otherwise the filters are great!

PUR CRF950Z 2 Stage Replacement Water Filter
I have used this water filtration system for over three years now, and though my retailer no longer carries the produce line, I have found that I can get the same product through Amazon and at a most reasonable price. One of my concerns with getting involved with a product line is that it becomes something that I get attached to and then it gets discontinued. Thanks Amazon for your continuing to maintain good product lines.
