Product Description A distinguished chevre made of goats milk cheese that is matured for four to ten weeks, in the marshy town of Gatine, in Poitou, France. This tall fromage has a moldy white rind, with a soft, creamy pate that is markedly acidic and salty. This fermier cheese is un-pressed, and is great from Spring to Autumn.
NOTE: Due to a current FDA restriction on the importation of unpasteurized milk products, we are unable to currently import this cheese and it will be unavailable until further notice.
