I drink iced green tea daily and ordered from Higher Groundz through Amazon. I received email notification that the order had shipped. After waiting two weeks, I emailed the company to state that for whatever reason, the tea had never reached my home. I was contacted immediately and another order was sent to me and arrived priority mail with a complimentary bag of coffee. I was given prompt and personal attention to my problem. I will order from Higher Groundz again and again.
