Whilst our other 2 aged goudas are incredible products, this one simply has to be tasted to be believed. Aged for a full 5 years, this gouda is both intense and complex. Like a fine wine, maturity has been generous to this gouda, lending it nuances other cheeses only dream of. A beguiling array of flavors tease the taste buds and leave you wanting more of this very special item.

It behaves like a hard cheese. It tastes like cheddar. This cheese will teach you how those saints feel looking at the heathens; there are millions, no, billions of people who will never try it. It's sad to know that salvation is only an Amazon order away.

Also too, igourmet will makes sure that your little piece of dairy heven gets there cool and safe. Cool packs? Check. Airbags? Like Pamela Anderson. They folks at igourmet want you to get the cheese as it was when it left their shop. They win.

Buy this cheese. Everyone you know - even that sad little vegan who comes to your cocktail parties in her hemp shoes and pretends to enjoy the tofurkey canapes she brings with her - will thank you for it.
