I bought this player after having 2 iPods die on me - one because of the battery and the other because of the hard drive. I'd happy to have found this Sansa player because it is a perfect lightweight and reliable player.
PROS:
Small and lightweight
FM Radio
Simple navigation
Easy sync with Windows Media Player
CONS:
Low resolution video screen
On-the-go deleting is slow
Not many accessories to be found

The reviews and info provided by Amazon were very accurate and the product is excellent. I also inquired of one of my institutional IT gurus and it turned out that he had a Fuze and felt very strongly that this was a better value for the money than an ipod. I'm a very satisfied customer.

I had a Sansa E250 that work fine until it died from use (gym, jogging, etc.). I decided to switch to the Fuze due to price and size. I'm very pleased by the change. Although the menu is the same, the Fuze has a softer wheel that responds better when you are handling the player while in motion.
The only thing I regret is that the sport case I had for the 250 doesn't fit and I will have to by a new one for the Fuze!!!!!

Overall, for the money, this is a great buy.
The music functionality is everything that I would like - intuitive and easy to navigate. The only issue is that scrolling occasionally pauses for a second or two. Having FM and voice recording is a big plus, as is the easy drag-and-drop way of getting my mp3's on the device. The sound quality is quite good, especially through a proper sound system or a quality headset.

This was my first MP3 player at the age of 43. I read the negative reviews here, and don't get them. I knew nothing about how to load songs, even how to turn it on. In an hour I had 50 songs downloaded to it.
Yes, there are songs already loaded onto it, DELETE THEM, it comes like that. The screen is suppose to go black after a few seconds to save the battery, and you can replace the battery!!! Buy it, you will like it!!
