Simple but effectiveJuly 31, 2008 We used these to replace all the Lutron Maestros in our house. These are much cheaper, thus far reliable, and far less confusing to operate for those who are familiar with the Lutrons (such as house guests, house keepers, and the occasional elderly visitor). Our Lutrons had a habit of breaking, and the three-ways never did work right. We only wish the Illumatech switches had a more elegant "feel" to them. The on/off action feels cheap, and the dimmer slide actionis not as slick as one would hope for. Thus the four stars.
