Amazon.com Product Description The AT&T SL82218 DECT 6.0 Phone with Dual Handset and Answering System offers unsurpassed range, sound quality, and security thanks to its use of DECT 6.0 technology, a newly available frequency band that does not suffer from interference from home appliances and wireless networks. The system comes with two handsets; you can transfer calls between handsets, and both handsets can be off-hook simultaneously. If you need to expand, the base can support up to 12 separate handsets. A built-in digital answering machine system records messages on microchips for reliable performance, instant access to messages, and the ability to selectively save and delete messages. The phone supports caller ID and call waiting. The Speakerphone is built right into the handset, making it more convenient than having to sit by the base as many other Speakerphone systems require. You can select from various ringtones, and the phone system is wall-mountable.

Excellent Phone November 16, 2008 Excellent phone! Great reception, easy to set up, easy to use. Well worth the money.
faulty wall mount October 26, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought this partly because it was wall mountable. I have ATT DSL and they send me a filter that is installed. The phone mount does not align with the filter and when I called the help line they said (after consultation) that I should get a non-wall filter and use the desk top mount with a long line. Won't that be cute?
My phone is just average October 24, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I've always purchased AT&T phones so after reading the reviews when my current phone died, I decided to purchase this one. There is a humming sound on the line when I talk to people and despite multiple adjustments people seem to have a hard time hearing me. I'll probably keep it, but I was a bit surprised by the issues I'm having after receiving it.
pretty good October 24, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I like the phone. Exceptional range. THE ONE BAD THING: GETS REALLY QUIET SOMETIMES. I can barely hear what people are saying, and the headset is at full volume. It is never loud, so those with hard hearing or who mind asking people to repeat themselves or speak louder would want to consider another phone.
AT&T SL82218 Phone October 16, 2008 These phones are great they hold a charge a lot longer then my old phone. They are also very clear I would buy again.
