I received this battery timely, and it appeared to be new, however, it only took a charge a couple of times and then died. After 30 days they make you send it back to them on your dime, not theirs. No refund, only replacement. However, after the defective batter was received by them, they emailed me that there was nothing wrong with it, but were going to refund me the cost of my order instead of sending me a replacment. Very strange. I don't think they had a replacement to send me, or wanted my dispute with Amazon to be resolved immediately.
