Nothing but a cheap piece of plastic November 9, 2008 This was definitely not worth what I paid for it. It failed to work upon receiving. It feels flimsy, like it's about to fall apart. It sounds like something is loose inside and rattles around. Spend your money elsewhere.
Multipurpose, but the connector is weak July 26, 2008 I bought this Reader cum Pen Drive because I have some SD cards for my camera which are kept unused for most of the time. So I thought, instead of buying a pen drive, this would make more sense. It worked well for the time it did, but a slight push when it was connected and the internal connections fell apart. Ideally most USB devices have that much of resistance, but this one disappointed.
But if you are careful enough, its a good device to own. Saves the extra pen drive.

Good for the price! May 30, 2008 It claims to be a 23-in-1 card reader, but it really is a SD card reader as almost all of the other card formats are obsolete. It has decent read/write speeds that are totally dependent on the type of media that you have in it. The USB plug will not fit into all USB ports because of the adapter's wide body, but this is to be expected. One big drawback is that it does not support the new SDHC format, but it never claimed to. All in all it is a device that is worth the cost only if you are getting free shipping.
card reader March 31, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this product some months ago and i must admit it does live up to expectations. No problems yet reads my SD card perfectly. Works just fine.
Didn't work with SD card January 30, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased this item along with a 2GB SD card to use with my desktop computer. The desktop recognizes the reader but says there is no media. I took the SD card out and put it into my laptop's built in reader and it immediately found the card and showed 2GB of free space. So the card is fine, but the reader is DOA.
