uncooperative manufacturerOctober 26, 2008 Omron, did not work. I called the company that made it. They asked for the serial number which I gave them. They said it had been made four years before and that the batteries "were probably dead". That I could replace them. They were not willing to do anything to help so I returned the merchandise. I have no idea if it was a good product or not.
