When I got this I thought the dimmer slide would be too small but it has actually worked out well. It looks at first glance like a standard toggle light switch. The dimmer slide is not very noticable. Its not difficult to change the light intensity when needed and after that just toggle the light on or off. Excellent workmanship and materials and hooking it up was easy. All Lutron dimmers are of good quality, just choose the model and features you want. This is my second Lutron dimmer, the other one is a rotary dimmer. I wanted one that can be used with my existing faceplate and this one is fine. I would recommend Lutron dimmers.
