Energizer Batteries for Home Phone July 20, 2008
The leads on this battery are longer than the original.
The good news? They had plenty of lead to allow me to install them easily.
The bad news? They had longer leads and needed to be routed to keep from catching them in the cover or bunching up under the battery and prohibiting the installation of the cover.
Not a huge problem for a good quality battery. I've bought the "generics" before and they don't hold up for long. These have been champs from the day they were installed.

When I when to the uniden website to get replacement mattery for my phone, the cost of the battery when from $6 to about $20 I found this
product and it works just as well for a lesser price

I have a Uniden BT-446 phone. After a couple of years, the battery started to wane and for the past several months, they would not hold a charge for longer than an hour or so. I looked around for compatible batteries and found these. They are terrific and fit/work just as they are advertised to. I can now talk for hours without recharging and leave my phones off the base charger stand for days. Its been about a month now and I think these batteries work better than the original factory ones did when I first bought the phone. Should definitely have gotten these earlier! I highly recommend these.
Easy Replacement June 4, 2008
The batteries arrived as forecast and were installed, no problems.
The charge lasts as long as it should for new batteries.
Much better than replacing the entire answering/cordless phone set.

Much better than buying a whole new phone system just because the phones are not holding a charge. Less total out of pocket spent. Love that.
