Tv is annoying to program and my dog ate the remote control. Cant find a replacement and 2 universal remotes I have tried so far wont work on it. So now my daughter can not go in aux mode to watch vcr or dvd players. Have had no other problems out of actual tv. JUST DONT LOSE REMOTE THERE IS NO HELP ON THE WEB ANYWHERE ON HOW TO GET ANOTHER ONE.

I bought this TV for my daughter's birthday. She didn't even have it for 3 days before it lost it's picture. She tried plugging it in again to see if it would work, but it started sparking and make booming noises! She was very upset seeing that she absolutly loved the TV...I had the worst time returning it seeing that I bought it refurbished through an Amazon seller who was located in California. They refused to refund the return shipping fees, so I was stuck paying an extra $23.00 for returning an item that almost burnt down my daughter's bedroom!

I read the reviews for this after buying this tv for my son at Christmas and really hoped that I wouldn't have any problems. We have enjoyed the tv. Only DVD's are watched on it, no regular tv at all so it has not been overused by any means. We have been having problems with it since Saturday with the audio going in and out. I hope the next tv won't be a dud!!! It cost too much to only work 3 months. I'm disappointed....but hopeful for the next.
