Great idea - unusable due to horribly low volumeMay 17, 2006 Was very excited about this for travel and use with my Vonage phone. Turned out that although the sound quality was good the volume was way too low for practical use. I tried several headsets including the poor one that came included.
Also, you have to hold the mute button down the whole time you want mute to be on. This makes it useless for conference callse etc.
Almost a great little solution for the road warrior. Try again Curtis!
