Good BUT NOT Great! April 22, 2008 The only thing I have against this producut is the EASY removable or interchangable clear ear insert covers. I have already lost 2. Otherwise it works good as headphones and cellphone earpiece.
Best Headphones I've ever used for Running February 14, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I can run with these for many miles in heat and they don't fall off - only one's I've found yet that do that. I do see the concern with the 2.5mm to 3.5mm adapter mentioned by another as I use this with an ipod - not a phone so will try to get an extension or better adapter but the ear fit is second to none - snug into the ear makes the music good and loud. I've used them for months now running from sprints to 20+ miles and they just stay on.
Uncomfortable In the Ear, Don't use with LG VX9900 (EnV) January 24, 2008 I own this headset for use with a LG VX9900 (enV) mobile phone with Verizon. I found the headset to be uncomfortable over my ears. The plastic is too hard and over time, caused me pain. Not a good choice for a headset designed for long-term wear. The earbuds frequently fell out of my ear or got stuck at a funny angle, making it more difficult for me to hear my music.
After two weeks of fighting with this handset, I gave up and bought a different pair.
Also, the LG VX9900 (enV) device requires a music headset with volume control, as the default volume for the device is extremely loud. This headset has no volume control.
Cord is too short! October 3, 2007 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
Purchased product to use with an LG8600 cell phone, because it has a 2.5 plug. Sounded good. I then attempted to drop phone in my pocket and found the cord pulled tight on my ear! It is too short to reach bottom of pocket! This defeats my primary intended use to carry the phone to use as mp3 when working, mowing, etc. Returned immediately.
CAUTION!! August 5, 2007 5 out of 7 found this review helpful
i bought these headphones, and within a couple days, my little radio that i use at work broke so the sound only worked on one earbud. the player was old and it was a cheapo so i figured it just died, no biggy, and went out and bought an ipod. within 3 days, my ipod was ruined. the sound cut out the same way. these headphones, using the adapter to make them 3.5mm makes the plug over an inch and a half long, acting as a lever, and therefore greatly increasing the amount of force a small bump, which normally wouldn't do any damage, does to the solders inside the player. $250 down the drain! do NOT buy these headphones unless you ONLY plan on using them with your cell phone. if you use these with anything that needs the 3.5mm plug (which is anything other than a cell phone) it WILL break it. not possibly,...WILL break it. do NOT buy these to use with the iphone either, as the SAME thing will happen to it. all in all, i lost $285 dollars because of this problem. $250 for the ipod, and $35 for the headphones, which i will never use again. BEWARE!!
