Works well but keeps coming off the hook!June 20, 2007 This phone has been exactly what we needed for an excellent price - small design so not bulky, has Off/Lo/Hi for ringer options, Tone/Pulse options, and three volume control options for the loudness of what you hear. Also buttons for redial, flash, program/mute, and memory. It can be wall-mounted however we have it on a desk. The one problem we have is that it is SO easily knocked off the base and therefore easily off the hook. Perhaps on the wall is a better option.
