Must have for any mom! July 22, 2008 I LOVE this book, I wish I had it when my first child was born. It is filled with creative and humorous ideas for enjoying the precious time you have with your baby, including tips on how to include your partner and other moms. It gave me inspiration and motivation to get out of the house and take my little ones with me! It does seem to be geared for stay-at-home moms, however, as a mom who works outside of the home, the activities can also be done in the evenings or on weekends.
A Mommy Lifesaver July 22, 2008 I'm all about making my life easier and for my new mommy friends and this book has it all! Great ideas and tips abound for new mothers in this treasure of a book. My current lifesaver!
The shower gift i keep giving... June 22, 2008 Thank GOD for this book; i got it at just the right time. Every new mom needs this to keep from going stir crazy, particularly in those first few months. With the billions of useful tips in these pages, a mother's frazzled brain is relieved of thinking of new ways to entertain herself and to introduce her baby to the world.
A new mommy must have June 18, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
What a fantastic book for a new mom. I wish it had been available when I had my first child. I struggled to fill my days with more than diaper changes and nursing. Like many moms I wasn't prepared for the identity crisis that came with my new bundle of joy. Getting out of the house and staying active is a great way to beat the mommy blues. I will definitely be giving this as a shower gift!
