4 out of 5 stars All About Image!   November 7, 2007

Pros:
* This is one of the coolest looking strollers out there, and every where I go with it, people come up and ask me about it.
* it is incredibly maneuvrable and easy to push. I can easily push it with one hand (and hold my coffee in the other!). It's also easy going through doors because I can hold the door with one hand and flip the stroller through with the other.
* the telescoping handle allows you to have it quite high and it is very comfortable for walking.
* one button spring release - I forgot how hard it could be to open a stroller - I simply press the button and it pops into position!
* adaptability: you can use the bassinet, the maxi cosi car seat, the regular seat (forward or rear facing)
* handling: it handles cobblestones well and is easy to bounce up and down stairs
* It is a great way to travel with an infant since you will have both the stroller and car seat all together, but I am not sure that I will travel with it now that my son is outgrowing his car seat.

Cons:
* The basket that hangs under is small and difficult to put things in.
* everything (except opening the stroller), seems to require two hands (which means you really need three!). For example, you must press your thumbs on opposite sides and at the same time lift or tilt the seat. I am sure this is a safety feature, but it can be awkward to use two hands to recline the seat because then you don't have a hand free to put it in position.
* the covers are difficult to remove for cleaning
* The recline positions basically seem to be up or completely flat. Even though there are 3 positions in the forward facing position - in reality it is just up and down since the 2 down positions are so close to each other. There is no intermediate position.
* it is still pretty large when folded, and I am now looking for a smaller stroller.
****** The straps on the regular seat do not extend very long. My 8 month old son is already at the max!! I can attach the straps to a higher position, but I cannot lengthen them anymore.

Recommendation:
This is great if you do a lot of walking and have a car with a lot of trunk space (I can't put anything else in my trunk when the stroller is there). I also suggest you find out if the strap issue has been resolved because I really don't know how I will be able to use the stroller very long seeing how short the straps are.

5 out of 5 stars Well worth the $$$   July 29, 2007

Although this stroller is expensive, it is well worth the money.

pros -
large wheels = comfortable smooth ride
folds/unfolds easily = to fold you press 2 buttons on the side and push down, to unfold simply pull up, gently, on the handlebar and it unfolds automatically.
storage bag included = there is a good size storage/diaper bag that attaches in back of the stroller between the tires. It has a great cover attached so that the bag won't get wet and dirty. This also holds the pump for the tires.

cons -
I didn't find these items to be cons, but some people may.
There is no cup holder like on many other stroller models. I never used mine on another stroller I had so it didn't bother me.
Storage is limited. There is an additional storage basket you can purchase that goes in between the wheels, it's not huge but it gets the job done.

The ease, comfort and function outweigh any minor annoyances. This is a very popular brand in Europe and seems to be catching on in the States. I use the Maxi Cosi carseat and couldn't be happier. My baby girl loves the carseat/stroller. If she is napping I don't have to worry about waking her up since the wheels are so smooth, even on cobblestone streets. If you know you want on and are able to budget a little extra money a month throughout the pregnancy then it doesn't seem to be so costly. For more information visit the website at www.quinny.com. I love mine!
