 BEWARE!!! Happy Mothers tried to ship me a different item! April 29, 2008
Yesterday, I ordered the traveling toddler online through Amazon. It was shipping from Happy Mothers, so I went on their site to track it. When I did, I realized they were sending me a completely different item! One called the Tote-a-tot, which looks like a cheaper version of the same idea, with some kind of back pack thing. I had to call Happy Mothers, and then they had to manually adjust my order so that I would get the correct item. Now, it will take 6-7 days just for them to ship the correct item. Hopefully, I'll get the correct one!

This strap really did work well for us. We just made sure we had a rolling carry on with wheels that were in good shape. You simply attach the car seat to your luggage with this handy strap using the latch straps already on your car seat. It really is a genius idea. It made catching connecting flights a lot easier with our 19 month old!

I bought this to take my twins to NYC. I liked the idea of the Gogo Kidz Travelmate, but the price was too high and you still needed to carry a big diaper bag. I got 2 of these and they work great. Took about 2 minutes to adjust the fit with the car seat, it took literally seconds to get them on and off. 2 things I liked most, my daughter was in her car seat and strolled all the way to our seat and then I had a carry on filled with books, snacks and diapers so I had everything I needed. Buy it now, it is super strong, easy to use and my kids loved strolling around in it.

I only travel once a year to visit my family in Mexico. But to be honest I have not experienced a good trip since my 1rst child was born. Nobody told me how difficult it can be to travel with children. I used to bring a stroller to the airport and place the car seat and my daughter on top. Then I realized I looked ridiculous!. One time I noticed someone using one of those car seats with wheels. She was standing next to me and I had my daughter sitting on her car seat attachted to a 10$ stroller!. That maked me realized there's new thecnology out there. So I decided to go online and check the different options to travel around with my daughter. When I find out about the prices I went dead.
Then I discovered this product. Is very economic and practicle. I did not believe at first but once I had it at home I try it on my suit cases. Is only good for small ones. So, if you are planning to bring one small case that's fine (you can always check the other ones at the gate). The only inconvinience is when you have to go trough the check point and need to remove the car seat and put it on the band. But once you know the trick everything goes fatser. I am very pleased with this product. For people who only travels a few times per year and is cheap like me, its just perfect.
Very Handy! April 7, 2008
I was very skeptical about this even once I got it. The first time I tried it at home, I thought "this isn't going to work" and I decided to jam my son into the infant carrier for our flight. Now that he is without a doubt too big for that, I tried this again and it was wonderful. It really only makes sense if you use it with your carry on luggage or else you have to check your bag and you can't use it to move them through the airport. I didn't think it would work since the car seat (britax boulevard) is just a big as my rollerboard, but once we got it set up it was brilliant. Even getting through security wasn't too bad once you knew how to attach it, it was very quick. I highly recommend!!
