Easy to install correctly, regardless of whether your vehicle is LATCH compatible or not, the Roundabout takes the guesswork out of installation so you know your child is safely positioned on every trip. The Roundabout features a tangle-free, five-point harness made with rough and tough polyester webbing to resist wear and tear. The push-button LATCH (Lower Anchors and Tethers for Children) connectors help tightly secure your child quickly and easily so you won't have to worry about struggling with endless straps and complicated procedures, and convenient belt holders keep the harness to the side so you can place the child in the seat. Additionally, the harness offers three adjustable shoulder height positions for a snug fit over the shoulders, collarbone, and hips. Finally, the Roundabout provides built-in lock-off clips that keep the seat tightly in place when using only traditional seatbelts at installation. When it comes to safety, the Roundabout truly delivers. great seat July 25, 2008
I bought the roundabout in the puma print, and it looks great. It fits in my 2007 Murano perfectly. While searching the internet for reviews before I decided on the roundabout I saw several negative's or people stating that should just get the marathon because of the extra weight capacity and the child being able to grow into it. Per the Britax website all the marathon really offers is ONE extra inch in height, thats it. Once seating height exceeds 16 inches you cant use the marathon anymore, as opposed to the roundabouts 15 inches. I just dont see how thats "adding years" to the use of the seat so the roundabout's definitely the way to go! Especially when you consider space in your vehicle.
Best Car Seat July 24, 2008
We started off with the Graco Snugfit and my son surpassed the weight limit by the time he was 5 months, yes he's a big boy. I wish we would have just started off with this car seat. My son is comfortable and loves the cow print.

I would strongly recommend this product for anyone. It is easy to intall in the car or many cars if you have to move it. It is very adjustable, convienent to change for heighth positions, comfortable for the children and easy to clean. The harness fits very well and hold the child securely. I have two of these for both my children since the first one loves her so much. They are also great because they have the roof teather which makes you feel like they are even more secure. Have used in my 1973 Duster, 2002 Jeep and other vehicles with no problems. Makes me feel safer knowing my children are safe.

On the plus side, the seat is very easy to install, which is great if you move it between cars like we do. The latch system is especially easy, and it's very easy to adjust. This seat seems very comfortable, my son falls asleep very easily. The material is soft, however it is NOT machine washable. The other big negative is the straps get twisted all the time. There is velcro on the lower part of the strap, which keeps it in place and out of the way when you're putting baby in, but the shoulder straps are constantly twisted and not easy to fix with a wriggling baby. I'm not sure we'd buy this one again, I think we'd try something new.
Fantastic car seat July 16, 2008
We purchased this car seat for our then 1-month old daughter. We had another Britax car seat when our oldest was little, and decided to go back to them after we had tried other, less expensive models/makers.
You would be hard pressed to find a car seat that is more user-friendly. The design of the buckles (our biggest consideration), the ease of adjustment, the durability, and the ease of cleaning simply cannot be beat. I have not used, or seen, another car seat that even comes close. And the safety ratings simply speak for themselves.
It is a very high-priced car seat, but what is the knowledge that your little one is comfortable, snug, and SAFE worth?
Do yourself a favor and go get this car seat. You will not be disappointed!
