Adjustable torso support element offers the child full encircling stability. Adjustable, custom fitting for the size of the child. A custom fitting head and neck support keeps her head in a comfortable position, either supported at the front of the carrier or at the back. Foot rests ensure comfortable legs. We were in England for 10 days and used this instead of a stroller. We loved it & our baby was so comfy in it, she would konk out all the the time in it. She actually would run over to it in the mornings and try to climb in because she loved being out & about in it. She's only 15 mos. old. I didn't give it 5 stars because the baby head piece would not click tight on the taller setting and also because the adjustments for the carrier were not quite as sensitive as they could be for carrying such a heavy load. However, it was sleek, compact & extremely portable. You can collapse the pack into the waist straps so that it really is quite streamlined when not in use. We liked the compact size more than the Kelty's size, but we've never actually worn a Kelty. They might be more comfortable to wear.
