This device is a must for the chariots and bicycles. This device gives the cart the free range to flip and roll without dragging the bike into the mess. The cage on the chariot can handle the roll over with two 33 pound 5 year olds, but when that happens, the puller (me) needs to keep everything under control, this device allows that to happen with the added benefit of easy to use access to the trailer.
