Product Description Flo provides a simple solution to bath-time challenges. This unique product diverts the flow of water, creating a gentle waterfall, while providing a protective faucet cover to guard against injury. Flo also functions as a bubble bath dispenser.Simply attach this handy device to the bath tub faucet with the included spring-activated grip -- requires no assembly or special installation. When the water is turned on, it's diverted into a stream that extends up to 12" in front of the faucet, creating a gentle waterfall that makes rinsing your hair easy. The soft material on the front edge of Flo helps protect against injuries caused by bumping or scraping against the faucet. Parents can fill the bubble bath reservoir and let children dispense bubbles into the water by pressing the button on the front. Measures 7 1/4" x 4" x 3".
Amazon.com Hands-On Review For most kids, taking a bath is all fun and games
until it's time for shampooing. Granted, leaning back into the unknown, getting suds in the eyes, allowing Mom or Dad to pour cups full of water over your head, or banging your noggin on the faucetnone of this would be on a grownup's list of favorite things to do, either. So kids and parents will both be tremendously relieved to discover Flo, a water deflector and faucet cover that turns a regular bathtub faucet into a gentle, safe waterfall. Children won't mind leaning back into the soft spray of water, especially since the rubbery material of the deflector will make any inadvertent bumps pain-free. However, the chance of bumps is much less because Flo redirects the downward stream of water out and away from the faucet. The entire shampooing process will take place many inches away from the source of most injuries. No need for bathers to contort their bodies anymore to get directly under the flow. Best of all (for image-conscious parents), Flo is handsomely designed, sleek and stylishno yellow duckies here! When it's time for a grownup shower, the shower diverter remains accessible through the upper portion of the faucet cover, so you won't need to remove it after every bath. Let It Flo Installation of the Flo couldn't be easier. Just squeeze the top and bottom sections together and fit over bathtub faucet. Make sure the front of the faucet extends over the inside flap, and that the shower diverter is accessible through the top opening. Bubbles, With Little Toil or Trouble A one-touch bubble bath dispenser releases liquid bubble soap into the flow of water, ensuring a tub full of fluffy, foamy fun. Pour liquid bubble bath into the reservoir at the top end of the Flo, then press the green button on the lower end where the water comes out. Pros Kids of all ages will love playing in the soothing spray from the deflector, and will be far less likely to resist a shampoo rinse when it's under a "waterfall." Flo's simple design is attractive to grownups and children alike. Cons Although the cover is designed to fit easily over any standard bathtub faucets, there are definitely some faucets that it will fit betteror worsethan others. The Flo is easy to attach
but it can be fairly easy to remove, too, which is not always ideal when it's a curious one-year-old doing the detaching. The bubble dispenser does not always work optimally, but presumably that's not what most parents will be looking for in a protective cover/water deflector, anyway. And with some engineering (a.k.a. wiggling the cover around), the bubble dispenser issues can often be resolved. --Emilie Coulter

No more worries August 16, 2008 Great product. Very easy installation. Now we don't have to worry about our youngest son hitting his head on the sharp edge of the tub faucet.
Good thought but needs work August 15, 2008 This would be the perfect bath product except for a few flaws. 1. It is meant to fit a range of faucets, however it does not clamp down tightly and is very easy for my children to pull off. 2. The soap dispencer is a great idea but the soap residue is hard to get out after a few uses and the button sticks in the open position.
It is nice and soft and helps block the kids from hitting their heads but I would like it not to fall off so easily.
Nice idea - but poor function August 3, 2008 This would not fit properly on my faucet and seemed like it would've fallen off with water pressure even if it had fit. The upside was that when I called BOON customer service they were nice as can be and were very accomodating and agreed to replace it with any other Boon product I would like (within close value).
Boon Flo July 31, 2008 I was so excited when the Boon Flo finally arrived, only to be disappointed that it's not compatable with my faucet. There is a pull down nob on my faucet that turns the shower on and it causes the Flo not to fit properly, thus causing it not to 'flo' properly. We are in the process of selling our house and I hope our new house will have the standard faucets so I will be able to use it. I think it's a great product and will make bath time a little easier.
LOVE IT, but only when it fits July 29, 2008 Like most other reviewers, I found that this cover did not fit all faucets. It fit in my home just fine, though it was a little loose, and my daughter easily pulled it off. But it didn't fit over the faucet at my parents home, and it is not a particularly large faucet. That's only a 50% batting average for me.
But when it does fit, it provides a beautiful cascade of water which my husband, myself, and my daughter loves. And you can leave it on at all times, rather than other protective faucet covers which must be removed for filling the tub and placed back on. And because of the unusual shape, my daughter thrilled in pulling it off the faucet and bringing it into the living room to play with for the first few weeks we had it.
I love the concept of the bubble bath dispenser, but our pediatrician has strongly advised against bubble baths for girls as the soap dries out the skin and has been known to cause urinary tract infections or skin irritations in the genital areas. Just a tip for any other parents of little girls out there.
