powerfull light in cheapo casingJuly 10, 2008 Light is as expected, small and brilliant. Plastic cover is crappy...it did cracked during the first hour of driving....should be installed on fix equipment! not motorcycles !

I have these Hella FF50's in the grill of my geo metro that my wife drives most of the time. The hilly and crooked roads with a large amount of deer population almost require some kind of good auxiliary lighting for night time driving. They are hooked up to come on with my bright lights and off on low beam so I will not blind oncomming cars. These have been great for the past couple of years, and when compared to the other lights of about the same size and light output, these are a bargain.
