I use Optimum Voice and their voice mail. This unit doesn't blink the light on the handset when their is a message waiting. Panasonic says to send it back for repair/replacement.
Othewrwise the voice quality works well.
Very useful for a second homeJuly 8, 2008 We bought this product for our second home and are very satisfied. Up until now we had a costly landline used mostly for incoming calls and for 800 numbers. We used our cells for all toll calling. Now we can use the cells for everything and the additional handsets are very comfortable for those long calls (e.g. tech support) where it is useful to wear a headset.
