this is the Last truly Classic song that has been composed. this song is timeless. it brings out the Winner&makes you feel like a Champion. R.Kelly is the Baddest Artist on the Planet Period. he has so Many Classic Songs in almost two full Decades of Hit Making Music. this Song says you can reach the Highest of Highs. everybody around the Whole World knows this Song. that is the Mark of a Classic. this is the Kind of Song that Every Artist wishes for. Everytime I hear this song it makes want to reach for the Stars. timeless Gem that has been Covered by a Whose Who of Music spanning eras,styles,etc... Incredible Song. R.kelly is a Musical Genius!!!!!

What can I say about this song that hasn't been said?! I mean, this...is...it! "I Believe I Can Fly" is a rousing masterpiece not only for R. Kelly's career and for R&B/gospel but also for those who were lost, who needed answers, and who wanted help, this song was encouraging. My grandma loves R. Kelly just for that simple reason alone (of the song), no words can't describe how touching this song is. It will go down in history as one of the most pivotal moments of music along with Marvin Gaye's "What's Going On" and Stevie Wonder's classic stuff and Michael Jackson's "We Are The World" triumph. R. Kelly became a legend after this song IMO!

I love this song. This song is amazing. When my grandpa was dying of cancer, I turned on the radio and heard this song and I thought that everything was going to be OK. When he passed away I turned on this song. Every time i hear this song it makes me think about him and me. I am 13 and have a hard road this past year but this song makes me think everything will turn out fine.

R. Kelly's "I Believe I can Fly" (1996) is an amazing song. One of the most powerful, memorable and inspiring tracks I have come across. To me this track is a motivator- that one can overcome anything that comes there way, and excel to reach great heights. Recognized as a hit globally, this song is definitely one of R. Kelly's best if not his best. Replay value remains strong as ever years later. Performed and Composed by R. Kelly for the Space Jam Soundtrack, this is a truly exceptional song which can also be found on his 1998 album "R.".
Uplifiting contemporary classic July 28, 2003
Beautifully sung by R. Kelly, this ballad has become a modern-day classic for many moving ceremonies, some sad and some not so sad. I've heard it sung and/or played at both graduations and funerals and each time it always brings a tear to my eye for the plain and simple fact that the message is so inspirational and clear -- the human spirit is invincible if you believe in yourself. Thank you, R. Kelly, for giving us a much-needed lift in today's often troubling times.
