It cooks both sides of ribs evenly and simultaneously, while the meat self-bastes in its own juices for a tastier entree. The rib rack features six, nonstick steel grids with a clever pig design on the front. Grids are removable, allowing chefs to adjust the rack for their specific needs. The rack accommodates up to five ribs roasts at a time. To use the rack, place it flat on top of the grill grates, briquettes, or lava rocks.
