Great for making anything that is cut into small pieces - simply cut and scrape pieces into the tray. Remove tray and drop in another one - viola! Comes with 3 trays 9 1/2 inch x 5 1/2 inch x 2 inch deep. Extra trays available. Feet are set in back of the cutout so that hole can be placed over disposal without tray so scrap pieces can be scraped directly into disposal. I do like the design of this product. The trays are a great addition to a cutting board. On a practical side, its is a little long for most kitchens. Four to Six inches shorter would still be a usable cutting board workspace, and would fit much better on most kitchen counter tops. The trays hold about 5 cups, it would be nice if they were graduated in some way to measure smaller quantities. The real problem is, after only 3 months, the boards are starting to come apart (unglued)! And this is after religiously rubbing it down with mineral oil since the day I received it.

I just got this board after looking for a good size board with a built in tray. It's a great size and the design is perfect. It comes with three trays (heavy duty dishwasher safe plastic) that fit perfectly in one end. It's up on feet that are placed so you can position the open end, without the tray installed, over the sink or over a garbage can. Much more value than I expected for the price.

I like the cut 'n catch feature of this board. It's a good idea to place something like that in a cutting board, and you'll find that it saves you lots of time in the kitchen. If you are buying it simply for the board and don't care about the cut 'n catch feature, I wouldn't get this board, since there are plenty of good boards already the market with superior cutting features.
