Deep-dish lasagna, anyone? Actually, although this may be called a lasagna pan, it's really a roasting and baking pan in one. Brownies, cobblers, mac and cheese, roast chicken, eggplant parmigiana: this pan can do it all, and the brilliant mirror finish makes it an attractive serving piece as well. The well-designed roasting rack features two collapsible handles for easy lifting and legs to raise it up off the bottom of the pan. The deep-sided pan has sturdy upright handles and is fashioned from sturdy, nonreactive stainless steel in a heavy weight for deep, even browning. The less-conductive stainless construction makes this pan a reasonably priced choice, but also means it doesn't move well from oven to stovetop if you're making pan gravy. Luckily, the pan has straight edges with a flared rim for pouring off the drippings into a skillet, and the slightly rounded corners make it easier to get every spoonful of juice off the bottom of the pan. --Mary Park

Deluxe size, high quality beautiful stainless steel pan February 28, 2003
This pan is truly high quality. It is solid with thick handles, a strong rack and built like a tank. It is also tanksized however. Be sure to consider how much lasagne will actually fit in this pan. Perfect for families and large roasts. It took a long time to arrive, but it certainly seems to be worth it.

From the first day I used it until last night when I washed it(for the fourth time this week) I am still impressed. It seems that there are no limits to what this great pan can be used for. Getting me out of a pinch on more than one "Hey Mom, can we have friends over for dinner" or "Will you bake my brownies too, I just don't have the time." Thank you for such a great product. I would recommend it as a gift to anyone!!!
