Product Description
Here we note that while the lids are still made of tempered glass, the dishes themselves are now constructed from stoneware. They still have the same classic styling that easily moves from oven to table, and from table to dishwasher. Corningware manages to arrive at the dining table looking elegant and unruffled by whatever might have transpired in the kitchen. Updated design features a flared rim which is easier to hang onto during transport from oven to table.

This is a good-sized dish that cooks food very well. However, it is REALLY REALLY hard to clean! Especially the lid. You have to scrub the heck out of the thing!
