Six wire racks, one outlining a whimsical steer head, insert into the frame, angle backward on side supports, and remove for compact storage. Thought this would be perfect but was really disapponted. Once you put the ribs in the racks they all lean into each other and the middle ones don't get done.

Plus, when you aren't cooking, it makes a lovely centerpiece, magazine rack, boot rack, sawed-off gun rack, or topiary foundation.

If you use a smoker, and make ribs (any kind) then this little gadget is a MUST!! We saw this rack on numerous BBQ cooking shows, and found it of course on Amazon.com. Since we have a smoker, we found that this wonderful rack not only saves TONS of space, but make the ribs juicy, tender and cooked so evenly each and everytime!! So, if you are a TRUE BBQ cooker, BUY, and enjoy!!
