My favourite pan!December 15, 2004 I don't know what I'd do without this pan. I use more often than most of my other pans combined. It is a true nonstick, and a great size when cooking for one or two. It heats evenly and retains the heat. I'm totally spoiled by the wooden handle so that I don't know how to react now with a handle that gets hot. You will never regret buying this pan.
