I was extremely disappointed in this company. I needed these for my sisters bridal shower and I ordered 6 cases. This product was listed as in stock and then I got an e-mail saying it was on backorder. I then spoke to the manager, David, who seemed nice and helpful at first. He said they were getting them in and would upgrade my shipment. By the following Monday they still weren't shipped and David, who I later found out was the owner, kept avoiding my calls and would only speak through one of his workers. In the end I canceled my order because they never even called me back to let me know what they were going to do.

I ordered a case of Ball mugs as a wedding present to my son-in-law. They were shipped very promptly and arrived in good condition. It was a nice surprise for the newlyweds. As it was something they wanted very bad.

The drinking jars are just what I wanted. The shipment seemed rather slow yet the product is excellent. I also order the lids that were recommended and they did not fit the jars. When I called the seller, they were extremly helpful, apologetic and quickly sent the correct lids. As it was, Amazon had the wrong lids listed for the product.
