stylish wastebasket -- sturdy too!July 31, 2008 My concern when ordering this wastebasket was its size and durability.
I see now that Amazon has listed its dimensions as 12 x 10 x 12 inches. Had to measure it myself -- it is ten inches in height and the top part has a diameter of eight inches. It reaches up to the middle of my shin. (See pictures I uploaded; links are under the picture above.)
The material is of sturdy plastic, and it has enough weight that it's stable and won't topple over when empty. It's light enough to easily carry with one hand.
The design looks better than in the picture. I'm very happy with this purchase, especially considering the price.
