It's thermal shock resistant from -40 F to 600 F and is reusable up to 3000 times. Can be placed directly on an oven rack or cooling rack. Clean with a sponge under warm tap water. Do not use on open flames. Roll the mat rather than fold it when storing.

NON STICK BAKING MATAugust 1, 2008 I USE THESE ALL THE TIME AND FIND THEM VERY USEFUL. NO MORE CLEANING BAKING PANS. CAN USE IT IN CASSEROLES ALSO. THAT WORKS TOO.
