 Nice Looking/Plenty to Drink! December 17, 2007

I like the size and looks of these cups (I purchased 3), they go in the microwave, dishwasher, and look and feel sturdy. The decoration is nice and can easily be accepted as part of one's collection. The size is perfect for large cups of hot beverages and that is why I rate it 5 Stars. I thought the price was very good plus the buy 3 get the 4th free clinched the deal for me. As far as durability there is nothing to indicate these will not last and that in a nutshell is my review for the Pfaltzgraff Evening Sun 20-Ounce Mug. Like always with us Great Service from Amazon. Long Live This Great Country!

The dishes I would rate a 5 but, even though Amazon's website continues to say that they are in stock, I still have not received an order I placed in January and now was notified that they would not ship until July. I had this problem the last time I ordered Pfaltzgraff from Amazon, they said they were in stock but didn't receive them for months and only then after complaining directly to customer service. I had hoped that was a fluke but it's happening again (very unusual for Amazon). Love the price but can't seem to get the product. I'll be cancelling the order and won't try again.
Edit 9/10/2007 - received yet another notice that this is being delayed - now until November! And yet this page says 'usually ships in 2 or 3 days' - not likely. At this point, the joke is whether they will ever fill this order.
Edit 8/1/07: Still have not received Pfaltzgraff (mug & plates) - now they say they won't be delivered until September. Beware ordering Pfaltzgraff from Amazon - this is the only problem I have ever had with Amazon.
