The best investment this year August 4, 2008 I really wanted a knife that I could neglect and put in the sink and dishwasher but it's not recommended with these knives and I don't. They are worth the effort. Thy look so nice with the finish and all. I just love 'em. They're about 50% sharper than my previously owned set.
Great Knife Set! June 24, 2008 I purchased these as a gift for my dad and stepmom and they seem to enjoy it. I really wanted them for myself after having seen them. Not only do they look amazing, but they are really easy to handle (I tried using them myself) and slice really well. Obviously how well they slice is dependent on how sharp they are kept, but they come with a sharpening steel which is a nice bonus. I definitely like the block it comes with and it's pretty compact and contains all the basic types of knives that the average cook would need to use. I still want this set, but I have a bunch of other great knives already=T
Just ok May 1, 2008 Ok set, price ok, not great. Didnt realize this set was not the one that had the indentions in the blade so what you are slicing doesnt stick to blade. Can't remember what that is called, they are sharp but I have concerns about edges after sharpening. They are attractive tho on my counter.:-)
Heavy, sharp knives. April 30, 2008 These knives came nice and sharp. They are heavy and seem very durable. A great buy.
Awesome Cutlery Set April 11, 2008 What can I say, it's the best knife set I have ever owned. Highly recommend.
