I purchased this caliper to assist me in a radio-controlled model helicopter build and it has exceeded my expectations. I continue to use it as I make repairs to the helicopter and I anticipate other uses unrelated to the hobby.

I use Mitutoyo calipers (an industry leader) everyday where I work. They are very good. These Neiko calipers are very nice too. The Neiko calipers require a bit more effort to adjust the jaws, but I actually prefer that. The Mitutoyo are too easily bumped out of the measurement (without using the locking screw)I'm trying to determine. The Neiko's are well worth the money, you won't regret buying these. For the price, this is a good digital caliper. The large LED readout is a real good feature. It is easyer to handle than 6" calipers.
