i was sent the wrong item, some replacement item, i could not have this sent to an apo, so i had to have my son in arizona send it to me, then i would have to send it back to the originator. may they ran out of stock on the original item ordered but there was no explanation or nothing. very unhappy & they didn't taste as great.
You order special tin, and get the normal tin...buyer beware of Amazon mistakes with tin November 9, 2006

I just wanted to let everyone know that I bought this 10 pack of Breast Cancer Awareness Hint Mints to support the cause, and because I thought my wife who is a physician could hand them out at work. It was going to be a neat idea until Amazon messed the order up 2 TIMES not just once. First time, even though my order clearly states Breast Cancer Awareness tins, we were shipped just the standard Cinnamint tins. I called, spoke to someone in India for 20 minutes who barely understood the problem, but who in the end realized that these tins were the sole reason we bought the mints and decided to ship a new set free of charge. (you can't return these once amazon ships them because they are perishable). The second shipment arrived today, SAME STANDARD HINT MINTS!!! NOT BREAST CANCER AWARENESS. I am usually an Amazon fan, but this is just ridiculous. You wonder why people still like to see and buy, when you have people at Amazon who can't get something so basic done right not just the first time...but neither the second time. Now I am faced with a decision to call India again or just forget about the mess all together.
