Bought this cooler for my wife.
Great product.
Her Asus tablet has been running extremly hot after a year or so of use.
To hot for your lap at times.
Bought this, laptop is running easily 20 lower.
Works great on you lap on the couch as well.

This cooler definitely keeps my MacBook Pro cool. Mac laptops tend to run warm but it does a good job keeping it under control. Its super quiet and one great thing is, no exposed fans like other coolers. I've on many occasions stuck my fingers right in the fan cutting them so this sealed cooler it perfect.
Now the but...part...first thing is that the rubber pegs that the laptop sits on. My laptop barely reaches them as they have to be placed on the outer most holes on the four corners of the unit. Many of the holes are fake and you cannot put the pegs in them to adjust for laptop size. Only the center holes are open and they are for the fans.
The other issue is the usb connector, it is one of those that let you piggyback another usb plug in the back of it so your not out a plug spot on your laptop. By doing this the wire is on the side and my power plug has to be forced in because both the power plug and the usb are super close to one another.
Other then that its a great cooler that you can even rest on your lap without fear of exposed fan blades.

I adore this laptop cooling pad. It's super quiet, and you don't have to worry about losing a USB slot because the plug for the cooler has another slot built into it.
My laptop is running *so* much better now. Love it.

This product is great. I have a macbook pro that I work very hard and even with the laptop supported up high, the fans still ran. Now, with the cooler, they never turn on and the bottom of the laptop cools down very quickly, usually 30 secs or so. Great product and would recommend it.

My wife and I each bought one for our 17" laptops and they work like a champ. The fan noise is negligible and the pass-through USB plug doesn't require a USB port be dedicated to the fan. Our laptops definitely stay cooler than before. Highly recommend.
