 Shark Steam Mop All The Way!!! July 27, 2008
Love it! So very worth every penny. So much better than a regular mop, swifer or any of the others. You actually clean with hot steam. The floor feels much cleaner when I'm done!
 Poor construction July 25, 2008
I had this product for less than a month before the handle snapped while I was trying to place the velcro pad on. I used it once prior with OK results. I have wood floors, and after I used the steam mop they were dull and streaky. It would probably work better for tile.

I purchased a Shark steam iron about a year ago that lasted about two months. Their customer service was the worst!!! I swore then that I would never buy another Shark product. It sounds like there is no quality control with their products; maybe you get a good one, maybe you don't. I, personally, am not a gambler so I'll look elsewhere for a new steam mop. Thanks for the reviews.
