I was shopping in a mega store for groceries -- you know, the kind of place that has diamond rings right across the way from drain cleaner and snow tires -- when I remembered that I was out of microwave popcorn. I ran back to the popcorn aisle, located near the boxes of wine and gallons of distilled water, and I tossed a box of my usual Act II into the cart ... or so I thought.
When the craving for poporn hit, we discovered that I had mistakenly purchased a different type of Act II popcorn. Yes, still the miraculous 100 calorie variety, but this was Kettle Corn!
Now, I must have led a really sheltered life, because I had never before tasted this strange and new popcorn. I wasn't about to return to the mega-market to swap out popcorn, so we ate it. And, ahhhhhh... it was so good! Sweet, but not too sweet. Salty, but not too salty. It has an indescribable flavor and wonderful crunch that made it a perfect low-calorie snack. Add a cold drink, and you actually feel quite full. No need to microwave a second bag!
I won't totally give up my regular popcorn, but Kettle Corn can sneak its way into my shopping cart again any time it wants to! It's great!

I've tried all of the brands of kettle corn and I think this one is the best. Perfect snack size bags

The box arrived very quickly - but the popcorn is not the best I've tried. When prepared, it is a little too dry and plain. Not sure if I'll be able to eat it all (considering donating to a local food bank or something...)
